Technical Details

Slider chests. Mechanical key action. Mechanical stop action.

Two manuals. 3 divisions. 22 stops. 18 registers. 20 ranks. Manual compass is 61 notes. Pedal compass is 30 notes.

The organ is in a case at the front of the room. Traditional style console with a keyboard cover that can be lifted to form a music rack. The organ has an attached keydesk.

Drawknobs in horizontal rows on terraced/stepped jambs. Balanced swell shoes/pedals. Combination Action: Fixed mechanical system. Flat straight pedalboard. Coupler reversible toe studs.


  • Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner -- The original builder was Jesse Woodberry & Co. Opus 225 (1905) was originally installed in Salem Methodist Church, Newport, Kentucky. Relocated here after the church had closed and the building was to be destroyed.
