Established Oliver Organ Co. of Berkeley, California, 1927; retired c. 1942; succeeded by Schoenstein* firm of San Francisco, California.

*This is a curious statement; Felix F. Schoenstein & Sons had been in business since 1877, they certainly did not succeed a firm established in 1927. Presumably, what was meant was that Schoenstein purchased the assets of the company when Lowe retired. —Ed.
