Established by Samuel R. Warren and sons Charles S. Warren and Samuel P. Warren in Montral, Quebec, Canada, 1879; relocated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, c. 1880; associated with Mason & Risch [piano manufacturers] of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Vocalion Co. of Worcester, Massachusetts, 1889; reed and pipe organs; firm sold to Dennis W. Karn as Karn-Warren Organ Co., 1896. Staff: Louis Mitchell.
