This company was established by 'survivors' of the American Organ Instutute at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma - which the University closed-down without warning and without viable explanation - prompting a national outcry by many in the organ world.

The founder is Rohn Riester was shop director at the University of Oklahoma American Organ Institute, where he worked for twelve years. Other employees presently (2020) include: Adam Pajan- Tonal Associate, CW Wescott- Shop Technician, Luke Staisiunas- Shop Technician, Benjamin Clark- Shop Technician, Sol Rizzato- Shop Technician, Carolyn Sargent- Shop Technician, Bryson Foster- Shop Technician, David Lim- Shop Technician, and Noah Smith- Shop Technician.
