Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- This is reported by the owner to be a Balcom and Vaughan (undocumented) electrification of a previous 2-manual, 7-rank Hinners tracker originally built for an unidentified Baptist church in Portland, Oregon. Last contact (2001) it was still in storage in the home and not assembled.
