The New Theatre closed as a theater in the 1960s and became a clothing store. In 2010 the building was demolished as part of a public/private boondoggle which was to have been a grand new retail extravaganza. The property is still empty. (see http://www.kilduffs.com/NAA_NewTheatre_Baltimore.html)
Several Sun paper advertisements announced the $10,000 Moller and a couple exclaimed it was a year in construction.
Identified through information in List of More than 5200 Moller Pipe Organs (Hagerstown, Maryland. M. P. Möller, 1928).
