Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- Originally installed at First Methodist Church in 1961; according to the November 1962 issue of THE AMERICAN ORGANIST, "the placement of the organ is in an elliptical gallery above the choir and organist. The floor of the chamber is a perforated metal grille through which the choir hears the instrument."
