Database Manager on July 31, 2014:

The Young People's Society solicited funds for the pipe organ and collected more than was needed. The organ was dedicated on December 31, 1919. It was a wintry evening with most people coming by horse drawn sleighs and cutters. The surplus money from the organ fund was used to buy new gasoline church lamps. The building was used until 1956, when it was torn down. The fate of the organ is unknown, but it likely did not get installed in the new building (information from church anniversary book).
