Enlarged to 31 ranks by Casavant in 1911; St. Stephen's merged with Broadway United Church in 1927 and the building (with organ) was sold to Elim Chapel; rebuilt in 1952 as 3/31 Casavant Op. 2137; destroyed by fire on October 26, 1974; replaced in 1978 by 3/31 Casavant Op. 3404.
