The church ceased holding services in 2004; in 2012 the building was sold to the Québec Issime group to be used to store the equipment of the group which presents shows such as December and De Céline Dion à la Bolduc; this bidder was chosen over one that wanted to set up a circus school; the organ was relocated to Eglise St-Mathias, Saguenay, Québec.
