Updated through online information from William Dunklin.
It is worth noting the almost identical Felgemaker organ case, though with the console on the opposite side, at First Baptist Church, Madison, Indiana, OHS database number 7139.

Database Manager on February 13, 2016:

This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by William Dunklin, using information found in a vintage postcard.

A 1905 postcard shows the free standing organ front and center. The case is 3 sided, slightly trapezoidal, with polychromed pipes on all 3 sides. The attached console is on the right. The church, now known as Monticello United Methodist, still occupies this building though the interior has been significantly changed and this organ case is not present.
