Organ began as a Wurlitzer "Style B" built in 1927 for the Windsor Theatre, Brooklyn, New York. The organ was repossessed. Wurlitzer rebuilt the organ and sold it to WNAC Radio, Boston, Massachusetts (November 11, 1930). The organ was later combined with WNAC's other Wurlitzer (1930, opus 1742) plus additions to become a 2/14 (April 3, 1932). In 1942, the combined organ was moved to the Town Hall in Stoneham, Massachusetts.
