After Church Union in 1925, Erskine Presbyterian Church became known as Erskine United Church. The congregation became known as Blenheim United Church in 1932 after Chatham Street United Church (formerly Methodist before Church Union) closed and amalgamated with Erskine United Church in the Erskine building.
