NOTES
The original organ was a ca. 1910, 2-manual, 8-rank, 9-stop (inc. chimes)
tubular-pneumatic W.W. Kimball Co. instrument with 529 pipes installed in
the previous edifice.

In 1958, that organ was electrified on its original windchests; one stop was
unified on a new windchest, and a new console was provided. Several stops/ranks
were prepared-for in the console only. The entire instrument was placed under
expression in a single chamber.

The present organ is an entirely new instrument retaining only the 1910 Kimball
8' Vox Humana and perhaps a stopped bass in the Swell. The chimes were also re-
tained on a new electric action.

The Great is exposed on the right wall of the chancel behind and above the organ
console. The 8' Kleine Erzähler and 8' Erzähler Celeste are located inside the
Swell chamber.

The Swell is expressive in a chamber on the left side of the chancel.

Of the two indigenous Pedal registers, the 16' Sub Bass is installed inside the
Swell chamber. Notes 1-12 play on soft wind with the balance from the Swell 8'
Rohr Flöte for the 16' Gedeckt. The 8' Principal/4' Choral Bass unit is exposed
on the right wall of the chancel with the Great pipes.
