NOTES
Restored 1964 by Mudler-Hunter Co of Philadelphia. [Ed. Most certainly
NOT a restoration by any stretch of the imagination].
"The final result is an organ with brilliance, clarity, and a stirring
ensemble, together with ample soft stops and solo stops".
This must have been something of a landmark in the history organ recycling.
"Many potentially fine organs can be revitalized in this way by using the
best of the old pipe work, replacing useless ranks with new ranks and
employing lots of imagination. The cost is far less than the cost of a
new organ, and in the present case was less than the cost of the usually
recommended make of electronic substitute."
