       NOTES
In 1951, under the supervision of J. Alfred Schehl, the Kilgen
Organ Company of St. Louis was contracted to install a new console,
bellows, blower, chests, etc., while retaining most of the original
pipe work. After almost half a century of use, the organ was restored
in 1996 by the Schaedle Pipe Organ Company of Cincinnati. While some
changes of pipework were made, much of the organ that was installed
in 1900 still remains in the present instrument.
