The Fowler Organ Company was begun as a service firm in Lansing Michigan by Brian M. Fowler in 1978. The firm gradually expanded into becoming a full service builder and has completed more than 30 new instruments as well as over 140 rebuilds of existing instruments. It serves primarily the southern section of Michigan.

Brian M. Fowler established a service firm in Lansing, Michigan, in 1978, which became Fowler Organ Co. The firm gradually expanded into becoming a full service builder constructing over 30 new instruments and completing more than 140 rebuilds of existing organs. In 2017, the firm merged with Hebert and Sons Organ Company to form Fowler-Hebert Organ. Brian Fowler passed away in April of 2018. Fowler-Hebert Organ Company continues under the direction of Scott Lumbert.
