Born 18 June 18, 1928 in Lima, Ohio; with local tuners, 1946-1950; attended Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, 1950; University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, 1952; in army, 1953-1955; with Fouser Associates of Birmingham, Michigan, 1955-1957; established Steiner Organs of Cincinnati, Ohio, 1959; relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, 1962; partner with Gottfried Reck in Steiner-Reck firm of Louisville, Kentucky, 1968, resigned as president, 1988; free lance voicer for Steiner-Reck; active in 1989.
