Partnership of J. Morris Spearman and Henry Hawkinson in Charlotte, North Carolina from at least 1995 to at least 1996. Both men had previously worked for W. Zimmer & Sons, Spearman in sales and maintenance, and Hawkinson in assembly. Presumably, they continued in service work.

The website Bizapedia lists the company as being established in 1993, and still active as of April of 2019.
