Known from a list published in a descriptive report of the dedication of the organ in Emporium, Pennsylvania. The Cameron County Press, February 1, 1906, p. 1. church reported as "Swamp Evangelical Lutheran Church." Town originally reported as New Hanover, Pennsylvania.

"May have originally contained some Dieffenbach pipes, but no longer did so in 1986. Electrified by Paul Fritzsche in 1960, and provided with a Moller console. Replaced by a 1986 Schantz, Op. 1842."
