Paul R. Marchesano on November 17th, 2024:

I am a grad student at CU Boulder and am studying organ (with a private teacher as CU no longer has an organ department). The organ in the west tower was dismantled and sold for parts sometime around 2012, according to the director of Macky Auditorium. I do not have any information as to where the instrument ended up since then, but it is no longer at the university.

Information received online from Joshua Sweeney on 2024-11-17

Database Manager on March 7th, 2012:

Updated through online information from Ron Yeater. -- This organ was originally installed in the "old" music building. When the "new" music building opened (late 50s) the organ was moved to the west tower practice room in Macky.
