The congregation disbanded in 2015, and the building was sold to neighboring Potter's House Christian School. The sanctuary is used as a chapel/auditorium for the school.

Updated through online information from Chad Boorsma. -- The congregation was known as Grandville Avenue Christian Reformed Church until a church merger in 1994 with Bethel Christian Reformed Church. The name chosen for the merged church was Roosevelt Park Community Christian Reformed Church.
