Database Manager on February 9th, 2006:
An 1846 organ apparently by Wm. Metz, donated by Trinity Lutheran in 1858 to the Concordia Third District congregation, later Holy Cross Lutheran, then meeting at Concordia College. Trinity had purchased a larger instrument. the organ was moved in 1867 to a new building for Holy Cross, and used until 1870 when it was replaced at Holy Cross and returned to Concordia College.
