Paul R. Marchesano on October 26th, 2022:

This entry appears to be spurious. The Erben catalog published in 1874 was reprinted in Stephen Pinel's exhaustive publication on Erben, The Work-List of Henry Erben, and this organ does not appear on it. However, there is an entry for a St. Paul's in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 1846. I have not deleted nor changed the entry yet, pending further investigation. The organ in St. Paul's, Harlem, was installed in 1852. -- Paul R Marchesano

Database Manager on September 8th, 2006:

Identified through a brochure published by Henry Erben c. 1874.
