Updated through online information from Christian Tedesco (February 22, 2025): As of February 19, 2025, this organ is no longer extant or playable - scrapped as the building is developed into condos.

David Storey on February 14th, 2025:
This organ has been removed and destroyed. No longer extant or playable. I am told what parts remain will be used as an "art" installation in the building which is being remodeled into condos and commercial space.
