Updated through online information from Logan Davis [December 2, 2025]: The original console was destroyed from a roof hatch being left open. The Sooner State Chapter of the American Theatre Organ Society installed a replacement console in 2014. This was a Wurlitzer 2 manual console that came out of Lee and Dorothy Smith's home.

Identified through on-line information from Stephen Hall. -- Originally in the First Baptist Church of Muskogee. According to article in "Tulsa World" newspaper dated Jan 5, 2008, the organ was installed in the civic center when it was built in 1967, but the console was damaged by a roof leak. The city is looking for a replacement console and plans to restore the organ as part of the civic center refurbishment.
