Updated through information from Justin Berg: -- Hal Estry bought the organ from some small church in southern Indiana. Dana Hull thought it might originally have been built for the University of Notre Dame. Stephen Pinel, however, speculates that it was built for some institution in Kentucky. More research is needed.

The owner was a University of Michigan Engineering Professor. From Christian church, Bright, IN.
