Brad Engelland on October 11th, 2021:

Comments from Stephen Hall on October 10, 2021:
Facade with dummy pipes added in 2003. The pediment at the top of the case probably dates from the same time as it matches a larger one above the cross in the chancel.

Keydesk: 55 note keyboard, undivided compass, hand lettered drawknob labels, Henry Pilcher nameplate at top center above music rack.

Pedal clavier: 25 note, flat, straight; sharps are same wood and finish as the naturals.

The organ and choir are in the shallow left transcept with the organ facing the end of the choir pews which face the altar. The right transcept has been extended to increase seating capacity and is nearly as large as the nave.

Database Manager on January 7th, 2012:

Updated through online information from Stephen Hall. -- Church sanctuary is in the shape of a Latin cross, the organ and choir are in the left transept with the organ facing the length of the nave.
