Updated by William Dunklin, naming this as the source of information: a vintage postcard. <br>The ca. 1866 Felgemaker organ now installed at Christ Episcopal Church Lexington, Missouri, OHS Database ID 1906, has an almost identical case as the Felgemaker here.
