Identified through on-line information from Jeff Scofield. -- Originally installed in St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Dalton, Georgia, in 1966; replaced there in 1988 by Holtkamp Op. 2014 and moved to Christ Episcopal Church; replaced there in 1996 by Richard, Fowkes Op. 6 and relocated to St. Albans's Episcopal, Hixson, Tennessee.
