Updated through online information from John Igoe. -- Web page notes that this instrument was relocated to Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption in Fall River. Renovated by Peragallo Organ Co of Paterson, NJ, incorporating some parts of existing organ there and another organ at St. Louis Falls River, which was said to have been built by Charles Chadwick and later rebuilt by Paul DeLisle.
Also on Hook list with Op. 2309, 1912 (rebuild/tubularization of above?) Tubularized with old console.
