Identified by Scott Hayes, based on personal knowledge of the organ.
-- When Holy Trinity Church closed, the Diocese of Ohio offered the organ to St. Luke's Episcopal, Granville, Ohio. The organ will be incorporated into their new organ as the Swell division.
