Database Manager on April 14th, 2014:

This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ.
Identified by James R. Stettner, based on information from a Facebook post with photos by Manuel Rosales on April 11, 2014.
-- The organ was rebuilt by the Rosales firm in 2012. In a Facebook post, Manuel Rosales wrote: "In 2012 we had the pleasure of rebuilding a 10 rank two manual whose original pipework was mostly intact. When we started the instrument was in shambles. The roof had leaked resulting in plaster all over and in the pipes. The chamber layout was chaotic and difficult to maneuver in. A highly motivated committee came through with a complete remodeling of the chamber including double-thick walls, new electrical and generous lighting. All parts of the organ were in our workshop and have been completely restored and refinished. The new electrical system was also provided. The pipework cleaned up nicely and fitted with new slide tuners. The voice thing has been essentially unchanged and this modest instrument fills the room with copious round tone, crisp colorful strings and sweet flutes."
