Updated by Michael Cala, who has heard or played the organ.<br> I was organist at Holy Cross Catholic Church San Jose from 1966 through 1970. The Schoenstein organ had 3 ranks: Open Diapason, Stopped Diapason and Salicional and was unified on both manuals. The sound was pleasant but not bold enough for the church.
