Information from Hillgreen, Lane & Co. opus list, compiled by Bynum Petty<br> Contract: July 1914.<br> 61-note manual compass (C–c4), 30-note pedal compass (C–f1).<br> 73-note Swell chest.<br> Electro-pneumatic action.<br> Ventil chests.<br> Detached console.<br> A new instrument using the pipework, framework, and the case and front pipes of the church-s Koehnken & Grimm organ.<br> Price: $2,800.

Date of contract is July 8, 1914, with expected installation and completion on October 15, 1914. Organ accepted by church December 28, 1914.

Old case and front pipes retained. All old pipes revoiced to International Pitch (lowered to A-435). Old pipes extended to 61 or 73 pipes as specified. Pedal keyboard straight, concave. Movable console. Electro-pneumatic action throughout. Old bellows retained as reservoirs.
