Updated by Jim Lewis, naming this as the source of information: Deseret News (Salt Lake City) Dec. 25, 1905.
According to a Dec. 25 1905 article in the Salt Lake City "Deseret News" this organ was built by the Moline Organ Co. of Moline, Ill. and originally installed in a church in Lindborg, Kansas. The organ was dedicated at the Swedish Lutheran Church, Salt Lake City, in January, 1906

This organ was built in 1881 for Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lindsborg, Kansas, at a cost of $1,000 net, not including shipping and installation. The organ had eight stops on the manual, and one in the pedal. In 1905, the church was enlarged and a new Geo. Kilgen & Son organ was installed. The Lindvall organ was sold to the Swedish Lutheran Church in Salt Lake City, Utah.
