Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- Updated by James R. Stettner, listing conversations with this person as the source of the information: Phone conversation with Carl Van Os on July 14, 2017.

This organ was assembled by Charles Ward for his home from used/recycled parts when he was working for Swain & Kates in San Francisco. He later gave it to Carl Van Os who had it in his residence in San Francisco. It is being refurbished and installed in the ranch residence of Terry Ketchum of Concrete, Washington. The organ is on the truck on its way and in Oregon at this moment.
