Ten new ranks plus Harp (replacing the Campanetta) and Chimes added in 1912; rebuilt and enlarged in 1916 to 3/46 as Op. 1347; 4 additional ranks added in 1927; relocated in 1947 to First Baptist Church, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by Herbert Leadbitter of Detroit.
The Detroit "Free Press" of February 8, 1903, reporteded that Mrs. Newberry hosted an event at which her guests had the opportunity of listening to the new pipe organ in her new music room. The organ was gone by the time the house was demolished about 1960 for urban renewal.
