Andrew Henderson on February 10th, 2026:
From The Call (June 25, 1926): "This week the console of the pipe organ in the St. John's Reformed Church was removed to permittee placing of a piano in its place. The organ has been out of service for some time and cannot be satisfactorily repaired. Parts of this organ, principally the pipes, will be used in the building of a new organ in the Strunck Memorial Chapel now under construction." From The Call (January 21, 1927): "a recital will be given on the new pipe organ ... he is thoroughly acquainted with the Mudler-Hunter organ."

Jim Stettner on November 17th, 2022:
The pipe organ - in whatever form - was replaced with an electronic substitute in 1973. That pipeless instrument was subsequntly replaced by another digital instrument in 2017.
