Jim Stettner on March 9th, 2025:
This entry represents the removal, moving, and re-installation of an existing organ for the same congregation relocated to a new, larger edifice. Identified from an online organ history .pdf document on the church website: "The organ and its casework (including the ornate wooden frame at the front of the present organ loft) were moved to the present building in 1889 (9)." The footnote states, "The organ was moved and reinstalled in 1889 by the local piano manufacturer O.H. Goodwin, at a cost of $1000.00".
