Transplanted note from a related OHS Database entry: **Ian Mason on December 02, 2021**: The Karn-Morris organ from the 1903-built church was installed by John Bright of London, Ontario in the Christian Education Hall at the congregation's new site at 99 Thomas Ave. in 1969. The 1903-built church was demolished soon afterwards. “One of the advantages was that because the console would be closer to the working parts of the organ, the original wiring could be used; thus, saving funds. The organ was installed on the platform of the Christian Education building with two chambers made on either side of the platform to hold the pipes and bellows, etc. Ductwork and wiring were all under the platform.” (Barbara Myers, organist)

This entry represents the moving an reinstallation of the congregation's existing 1914 pipe organ from the 1903 edifice to the Christian Education Hall of the newly buit 1969 facility. This was a temporary installation as the organ was moved yet again when the actual sanctuary was completed in 1980. From the published church history, *"The pipe organ was professionally dismantled with the help of some of the church men, and stored in the new building until it could be placed on the platform there."* It is not concretely known when the original tubular-pneumatic Karn-Morris organ was electrified, or by whom. It could have been done at the time of the 1969 relocation, but may have also happened previously while still in the 1903 edifice.
