Jim Stettner on June 12th, 2025:
This entry represents the moving and reinstallation of an existing organ from the church's previous edifice into the new edifice. According to "A History of St. Andrew's Church, Ann Arbor, Michigan" by Arthur Lyon Cross, (Ann Arbor: George Wahr, 1906). "On November 10, 1869 a new building was consecrated and the organ was moved to the west gallery of the new church. In 1890 the "now venerable and somewhat debilitated organ was moved from the gallery in the west end and placed where it now stands." [? in the chancel].
