Updated through online information from Andrew Henderson [February 13, 2026]: As reported in the *Rochester Daily Union( (November 10, 1855): "There was a large audience of people at St. Joseph Church last evening to listen to the music from the new organ which has just been put up there by Mr. Andrews of Utica. It is a beautiful instrument, of great power and its notes fill the great church in which it is situated. The organ has been put up under the direction of Mr. J. Gale Marklove foreman for the manufacturer, who appears to be master of his profession."
