Information submitted with this entry: Multiple - (Warren/Pilcher/Williams/Keefer/Darbyshire) -- suggests that pipework from these additional builders was added/combined with the original Pilcher, which was originally installed in White Plains Presbyterian Church, White Plains, New York.
