The organ is maintained, tuned regularly, and used weekly.

Zenas Michael Savage on September 3rd, 2020:
Parshioner Camille Tesman-Huddell writes the following report: Our gorgeous organ is played every Sunday during our 10:00 am Mass, at St. Joseph’s Church, in South Camden, NJ. The organ is also used during weddings, funerals, special events, and concerts throughout the year. Many are in awe of the magnificent sound and beauty when they hear our organ being played. First-time visitors are simply astonished and impressed! Saint Joseph's Polish Apostolate of the Diocese of Camden and Saint Joseph's History Society of South Camden invite you and the members of the Organ Society for a tour and to hear our majestic organ. The information is attached. You may also contact the History Society President, Mr. Henry Szychulski at hszy225@gmail.com. *Attachement* : Come see the relics of St. John Paul II and more than 90 other Saints. History tours are provided at 2pm on the second Saturdays November-May. See website for more details. The organ is in medium condition, and still can be used for the liturgy. However, the organ needs serious work. The leather needs to be replaced. The pipes from the extension of Swell are removed from windchest, due to a valve problem and has bad leather. The organ needs regular tuning and maintenance. It is a beautiful 12 ranks instrument that if, in tune, will play beautifully. We hope that this information is helpful with the organ research that you are doing. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. We thank you for your inquiry about our beloved church organ at Historic St. Joseph's Polish Church of South Camden, New Jersey.
