Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The exact nature of this work is uncertain. It may have been an improvement to the Hutchings 1895 electric action. The organ is listed in a Woodberry catalogue with the underlined word "Remodeling" appearing beneath the entry.
The original builder was E. & G. G. Hook (1851, Opus123).
