I am the former music director of Grace Lutheran Church. Grace Church has closed and the building has been demolished. The organ was dismantled and parts were dispersed to several other churches. Information received online from Henry Buck on 2024-11-12

Database Manager on June 22nd, 2012:
Updated through online information from Dennis Schmidt. -- Original Joel Butler organ from 1875 was in Peace Lutheran Church in Beverly, MA as a one-manual 6-rank organ. Joe Chapline moved the organ to Needham MA in 1982, added five ranks and second manual. It is now in two divisions, a Great manual (on the top) which is in a case behind the console, and a Ruckpositiv (on the bottom) which is behind the player mounted on the gallery balcony. The organ stoplist has only principal and flute stops, no strings and no reeds.

Database Manager on October 30th, 2004:
The original builder was Joel Butler (c. 1875).
