This instrument is: Extant and Playable in this location
On Sunday, September 29, 1996, a third organ was dedicated in service and recital. This small instrument, the Frederick E . Weber Memorial Continua Positiv Organ, was built by John Brombaugh & Associates Inc. of Eugene, Oregon. The case is of hand-planed Appalachian white oak, oil finished. Carved panels are of oiled American black walnut. The keycheeks are of African zebrawood. Keyboard naturals are of solid satinwood; sharps are of ebony. The windchest is of white oak, sugar pine, western red cedar, Alaska yellow cedar, poplar fine birch plywood, and sheep and cow leather. The stop action is of steel, stainless steel, and brass with hickory bearings. Tuning is equal temperament, A440, transposable one semitone up or down. -- 2007 OHS Atlas
