Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner and Paul Marchesano. -- Rebuilt, enlarged by Bates & Culley in 1908. Apparently relocated by them 1912 to Zion Swedish Evangelical Lutheran Church, Spring City PA. Replaced by Skinner Op. 826, 1930.
