Updated through information posted to PIPORG-L by David van Sickle: "A new Goulding & Wood instrument has been installed at Madonna Della Strada Chapel at Loyola University, and various programs are taking place all this week. I heard a short program by Robert Woodworth of Chicago yesterday at 12:30 pm, the playing and the organ were very impressive. ... The organ is 70 ranks on 3 manuals in the rear gallery of a barrel vaulted chapel seating perhaps 500. All interior surfaces are reflective, with a newly installed marble floor part of the recent restoration of the mostly Art Deco building. The organ can be extremely loud and bright in the space, but Mr. Woodworth made good use of color and variety of registration."
Dedication Fall of 2008.
